The ten square metre `pocket` terrace has glass doors and a couple of useful under roof storage areas.
These are ideal for the eventual installation of a central heating boiler as the only form of heating
currently in the property is by means of the open fire in the sitting room.
The terrace has beautiful views over Todi and the countryside beyond, as does the window in the
bedroom.
